Ladonne Montelione

Ladonne Montelione is the first ever Fellow for the Public Media Workforce Collaborative. A proud graduate of Bowling Green State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in interpersonal communication, she recently made the jump from working in publishing to public media out of a desire to serve her community. Ladonne plans to further her experience and education in the field of workplace development by pursuing a Master of Science in diversity leadership and change management at Cleveland State University in spring 2023.
